City of Ottawa is reporting that the temporary closure of Parkdale Avenue Northbound On-Ramp (Ward 15) to Eastbound Sir John A. MacDonald Parkway has concluded early. Parkdale Avenue Northbound On-Ramp has reopened to the travelling public with no impedance.
