The Ontario law governing the MCA, Ontario Not-for-Profit Act, has been updated and requires new by-laws. The following draft updated bylaws were voted on by the MCA board to replace the current bylaws and will be presented for approval by members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on Nov. 10th, 2025. MCA members please review and attend the upcoming AGM to cast your vote!
