Join us for a two hour workshop where we'll build our skills and confidence to have conversations with our neighbours relating to mental health from a trauma-informed perspective.
What does community mental health support look like?
How do you talk to someone who is experiencing mental health challenges?
How can I make a difference in my own or someone else’s mental health?
This training will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Keith Brown Community Building (51 Stonehurst Avenue).
A community dinner will be provided for participants courtesy of a CDF microgrant.
Seating is limited to 25 so register to save your spot!
If you have any questions, please contact us at mechanicsvilleca@gmail.com.
