Where We Are

Mechanicsville is a small and close-knit community on the East end of Ottawa’s Kitchessippi Ward. Around 2500 residents from all walks of life call this neighbourhood home.

The neighbourhood is bordered by the Kichi Zibi Mikan Parkway to the North, the O-Train Railway Tracks to the East, Scott Street to the South and Parkdale Avenue to the West.

As the Community Association, we take pride in our neighbourhood’s beautiful scenery and rich history. We work with businesses, developers and government to help our neighbourhood grow, thrive, and maintain its unique character.
